Bookings must be made 48 hrs in advance
Emergency 24/last minute bookings shall be charged at a minimum of £150 covering up to 5hrs
A non refundable deposit of £10 shall be taken upon booking, so if you decide to cancel- you will not receive the £10 unless it is within the sane hr booking was placed
Please state if you would prefer your own products and equipment to be used or if you would prefer cleaner to provide- this is very important as products and equipment may vary across cleaners
We charge a flat rate of £15* p/hr for general light floor and surface cleaning, and £20 p/hr for deeper cavity cleaning and heavier soiling also inclusive of end of tenancy clean 😀
